Students can sign up to a club/program, if
Student Accounts are activated for the school
The student is 13 or older
The specific club/program allows student sign-ups

The setting to allow the student sign-up is located on the Add Program/Edit Program user interface:
The decision on which clubs and programs are set is made by the School Admin, who has the right to add clubs.
A school may have several School Admins.
When a student joins the club/program, the student’s parents are automatically added to the program as well.
