Students can join the club or program independently if the setting to allow independent joining is toggled on for the program.
The setting is on the Add Program/Edit Program user interfaces:
The decision on which clubs and programs are set is made by the School Admin, who has the right to add clubs.
A school may have several School Admins.
When a student joins the club/program, the student’s parents are automatically added to the program as well.
