Can students complete online forms?
Students with student accounts can complete the School Signals online forms when the form is set for students. To control whether students can see and complete the form, this setting is located on the form’s first page.
How does an administrator make a form available to students?
Set Yes for “Allow students to fill out the form?”

Can a form be available to parents but not students?
Yes, making the form available to students is optional. Note also that some groups might not be made available for students. Publishing a form within that group would not allow students to fill it out, regardless of the chosen setting.
Can a form be available to students but not parents?
No. Parents have access to forms made available to their student.
Can students view forms that they have already submitted?
Yes, unless the form was set to obfuscate, the student who submitted it can access the submission.
