New Forms
When an admin publishes an online form, they can automate an announcement post to the School Feed. You are notified of these announcements by email and app push in accordance with your notification settings set for School Feed posts.
Mandatory/Required Forms
An admin may mark a form as "mandatory". For these forms, the admin may set a weekly reminder to parents who have not yet completed the form. Admin can choose the day of the week for notifications. You will receive this email notification weekly until you complete the form.
Forms Requesting to Select a Student
If the form requests selecting a student, you are requested to fill out the form for each of your children separately, if you have another student attending the grades the form is intended for.
If the form requires selecting a student, it is typically sufficient for one parent/guardian to complete it, and the system stops sending reminders. However, follow any specific instructions as provided by your child's school.
