How do I review and process Reported Content?

How Do I Get Notified on the Reports?

Notification Bell: When a user reports a post, comment, picture or a chat message, the Notification Bell updates School Admins with this information. Just click the notification and it takes you to review the content.

App Push notification: When a user reports a post, comment, picture or a chat message, the School Signals App sends a push notification to School Admins with this information. Just click the push notification message, and it takes you to review the content.

The Feed post: You can access the user submitted reports directly from the applicable feed post. You see a red link, List Reports. A post may have been reported by different members. You will see all reports by clicking the link.

The Reported Posts page: All reported content is also accessible from School Feed > Feed Mgmt > Reported Posts.

How Do I Process the Reports?

The report opens automatically when you open it from the Bell Notification, Push Notification, or the the Feed post's 'List Report' link. On the Reported Posts page, to view the reported post, click Review Report.

You can place the pending report Under Review or Close Report. These are status options that allow you to manage the review process.

If you want to delete the post, do it manually by clicking the post's three dot menu and selecting Delete.
