The online form a parent fills out may primarily regard student information. When this setting is enabled, the first form field is automated to ask a parent to select their child's name from the drop-down.

If the parent has one child attending the school, the form field shows only one name.

If the parent has two or more children attending the school, the drop-down shows the student names and will ask a parent to select the student the form regards.
