Pending: The account is in the School Signals system but the invitation email has not been sent to the parent. Before the school is launched, all accounts show as pending (unless a singular parent has been invited to test the system.)
Invited: The parent has been sent an invitation email, but the parent has not logged in. The date stamp shows the date when the invitation was sent.
Active: The parent has logged in and accepted the School Signals Terms of Use. The date stamp shows the date when the parent accepted School Signals Terms of Use.
Self-Deactivated: The parent has self-deactivated their account. They no longer receive notifications and are not listed in the School Directory.
Unlisted: The parent no longer has students with the school. The parent has been removed from the School Directory. The parent no longer receives notifications. As a a School Admin, you can consider deleting an unlisted account if you regard the parent will not be returning to the school.
