Pending: The account is in the School Signals system but the invitation email has not been sent to the user.
Invited: The user has been sent an invitation email, but the user has not logged in. The date stamp shows the date when the invitation was sent.
Active: The user has logged in and accepted the School Signals Terms of Use. The date stamp shows the date when the user accepted School Signals Terms of Use.
Deactivated: The user can no longer access School Signals. Password reset links will not work. A deactivated account usually indicates a user who is no longer a part of the school community.
Note that students do not have accounts in School Signals. Any entered student data is used for assigning parents to correct grade-levels and classrooms for news and updates.
