There may be times when a user has a parent account and becomes a teacher in the school the following year.
Currently, the School Signals system does not have a built-in mechanism to convert a parent account to a teacher account.
If the user wants to use the same email for their new teacher account, we recommend deleting the parent account first before creating the teacher account. You will not be able to create another account with the email that is already in the system.
As an admin, you can delete an active parent account through the Parent Accounts page if the account does not have access to any other school.
