Only members receive notifications. Parents must have their child signed up for the program to be notified of news and updates. Program Admins should also join the program to receive notifications.
News & Updates Post Settings
Check your notification preferences under My Account > Notifications.
To receive alerts from the program’s News & Updates feed, make sure notifications are set to Instant or Daily for My Groups, Clubs, and Classrooms.
Chat Settings
Ensure that chat messages are enabled. By default, other users can send you chat messages. You can review these settings under My Account > Visibility > Profile Visibility.
To receive chat notifications from instructors or other parents, go to My Account > Notifications and confirm that Chat Messages are set to Instant or Daily.
