Go to the Documents Management page
On your Classroom page, go to Documents > Documents Mgmt.
Check If You Need Document Folders
If you have many documents and want to display them by category, you can upload a document into a custom name folder. You can also upload document without a folder.
If you need a folder, create the folders you need first. You can also add sub-folders.
Upload Documents
Click the blue Add Documents button or select Add Document from the folder's menu. Open the menu by clicking the pen icon.
If you clicked the Add Documents button, select the folder you want the document to go to. Choosing a folder is optional.
Drag & drop your document files to the gray document area or select documents by clicking Browse. The maximum allowed file size for a document is 200MB.
After the documents appear in the interface, click the Continue button.
This action saves your documents as drafts.
Describe and Publish Documents
The next step is to publish your documents. Before publishing the documents, take your time to describe them.
By default, the file name is the document name. However, you can edit that name.
Additionally, you can add descriptive text for each document.
When you are done, click the blue Publish button.
Display of Classroom Documents
Parents (who are members of the Classroom) access the documents in the Classroom > Documents page.
Parents can also access the documents in the main Documents page. On that page, they will first select the Classroom name.
