Your teacher account allows you to add forms for Events and Volunteer opportunities you manage or create as an Event admin or Volunteer admin.

Go to Forms tab on the Event or Volunteer page. Select a form template, preview the template, and add the form for an Event or Volunteer Opportunity. You will see the form results from the same area. The event and volunteer forms are listed only on their respective pages - not in the 'main' Online Forms page.

Your teacher account allows you to create and add forms for Groups where you act as a Group admin. Go to Forms tab on the Group page. You can use a template. You can also create your own form. The group forms are listed on the Group page and also on the Online Forms page.
