As a School Admin, you can remove a user from the chat thread. First, pull up the list of chat members in the thread. Then, select the member to remove them from the chat.
View Chat Members
MOBILE: Click the 'i' icon at the top corner of the chat thread. Select Chat members
DESKTOP: On desktop, you can also access the Chat members link from the three-dot menu on the left side panel that lists all your chat threads.
Remove Members from the Chat
A panel opens up that lists the chat members. On the right side of the user's name, click the three-dot menu and select Remove from chat
