If you started the chat thread, you are considered the organizer of the chat thread. Therefore, you have the right to delete the chat thread.
How do I delete a chat thread?
Click the chat's 'i' icon on the top right of the chat interface. Select Delete.
You can also hover with your mouse the index of all your chats. A three-dot menu appears. Select Delete.
How do I leave a chat thread?
If you've been added to a chat thread, you cannot delete the thread, but you can leave the chat thread.
