Participating in the School Directory is encouraged, but it is not mandatory. You can opt our from the School Directory.
To manage your profile's visibility in the directory, go to My Account > Visibility. If you do not want to be listed in the directory, toggle off "List my name in the School Directory."

Note that if you post or comment in the School Feed, Group Feed or other media, users can click your profile icon for contact info.
You can set what is displayed for your contact info in My Account > Visibility.
