You can manage how your profile appears to other parents and community members by adjusting your Profile Visibility settings.
How to access visibility settings
Go to My Account > Visibility to update your preferences.
What profile visibility controls
Profile visibility determines what information other parents can see about you in directories and community spaces.
You can choose to:
Hide your profile from directories
Your profile will not appear in parent directories.
Your name may still appear where required for school participation (see important notes below).
Show your profile and customize what is visible
If you choose to display your profile, you can control whether the following information is shown:
Address
Email address
Phone number
Family members (on School Signals)
Children’s first names
Family photos
Interests or hobbies
“Message” button (allows other parents to send you private messages)
You can toggle each item on or off individually.
Important to note
You cannot make anonymous posts. At a minimum, your name will always be shown when you post or comment.
Your email address and any phone number you’ve added are always visible to teachers and instructors.
School administrators can view your full profile information for school operations and support.
Teachers and staff cannot fully hide their presence from the school network. At a minimum, a teacher’s name and group or classroom memberships will appear in the School Directory and applicable Classroom Directories.
