In the chat bubble icon on the top right of your screen, a number indicates that you have unread messages.

You will receive a daily email notification on new messages unless you have notifications turned off in My Account. Additionally, check by clicking the chat's "i" icon that you have not muted the specific chat thread.

When you receive a message, you will get a push notification. Download the School Signals app. On your device, in your phone's Settings menu, allow School Signals to send push notifications.
