The form's visibility type is set in the last step of the form's creation.

If you don't want to include the form on the Online Forms page and just want to give a link to a smaller subset of users, you can set the form's visibility as private unlisted.

Go to the Forms Management page to access and copy the form's link for sharing.

Accessing a private, unlisted form requires users to log in to their school's School Signals platform.

An unlisted form is excluded from the automated School Feed announcement.
