Introduction
Tasks are itemized duties of the Volunteer Opportunity. A parent signs up for a task within the Volunteer Opportunity.
Adding a task takes place in Step 2, after you have described the opportunity. You must add at least one task to the Volunteer Opportunity before you can publish it.
Examples of Tasks
A Halloween volunteer opportunity includes many unique tasks: Booth hosting, decorating a classroom, supplying candy, and guiding traffic. Therefore, you would create four tasks.
A cafeteria volunteer opportunity includes different duties: helping younger students, serving food, and wiping tables. Therefore, you would create three tasks.
A volunteer reader opportunity includes tasks to read picture books in a pre-K class and a short story to the elementary group. Therefore, you would create two tasks.
