As a School Admin or a teacher who created the event, you can integrate the event with volunteer signup.
Volunteering is added to the Event page as a separate step. It is optional to include volunteer signup for the event. Here are the steps.
Step 1: Go to the event's Volunteering tab
From the event detail page, go to the event's Volunteering tab. Click the blue button, Add Volunteering.
Describe the volunteer opportunity. Note that the system will request an end date. If the event is just for one day, set the beginning and end dates for the same date.
Step 2: Add Tasks
Click the Add Task button to itemize the tasks for which you want volunteers to sign up. Learn more about this step.
When you are done, click Publish
