When a user (admin or parent) adds photos to the event, the system automatically creates a comment to the Event Feed.

Those users who have RSVPed to the event or are following the event will receive an email notification of the new comment.

Additionally, to promote the event photos, the system creates a gallery pod accessible from the Photo Galleries page.
