School Admins have full rights to create and edit any Page.
Teachers can add Pages to their Classroom.
Group Admins can add Pages to their Group.
Program Admins can add Pages to their Program or Club.
Parents may add Pages only if they have been granted admin rights for the specific feature (Classroom, Group, or Program) and their name has been added as an Admin for that area.
