School Admins can set if parents are allowed to add photo galleries.
Go to School Feed > Feed Mgmt > Access Rights > Galleries
Answer to the question: Parents can add galleries: Yes / No
If Allowed (Yes), define the visibility:
School-wide galleries: Use Default (No) / No / Yes
Grade level galleries: Use Default (Yes, but only if has child in that grade) / No / Yes / Yes, but only if has child in that grade
Classroom galleries: Use Default (Yes, but only if has child in that classroom) / No / Yes / Yes, but only if has child in that classroom
Group galleries: Use Default (Yes, if member of the group) / No / Yes, if member of the group
Family galleries: Use Default (Yes) / No / Yes
