Click the post's three-dot menu and select Delivery report. The report lists all users who have clicked the Got It button.
You can also see the number of received Got It responses in the post's tray, on the right side of the Save post icon. Click the tally number to open the same Delivery report, filtered to show only Got It answers.
To find/check a specific user from the delivery report, you can use the Search field.
