I'm getting too many notifications.

Here are tips for managing your School Signals notifications so you can stay informed without receiving more notifications than you need.

In My Account > Notifications, you can set your email notifications to Daily. You'll receive one summary email each day that includes all posts shared by the school that day.

You can also customize notification settings based on what's important to you. For example, you might choose Instant notifications for your child's classroom and after-school clubs, while setting general School News and Grade-level posts to Daily.

This way, you can receive important updates right away and catch up on other information in your daily email.

School Admins and Teachers can adjust their notification settings for posts shared with specific grade levels.

For example, a middle school teacher can turn off notifications for elementary grade-level posts that aren't relevant to them.

Turning off notifications doesn't remove these posts from your feed. You can still find and read them in School Signals.

If you feel your school is sharing too many posts or messages each day, making it difficult to keep up with the information, consider sharing this feedback with your School Admins.

School Admins and Teachers can also schedule posts to be published at specific times, which can help manage the flow of notifications throughout the day.

Even if you miss a notification, the information is still available in School Signals.

Notifications connect to actual posts, messages, and other shared content. You can return to School Signals to find and review information whenever you need it.
