Your payment is due as follows:

If you are still within your 30 day free period, the first invoice is generated when the trial ends.
You’ll always have 30 days to make payment once an invoice is generated. You can make an online payment or pay with check.
Example 1: Monthly Subscription
Your free trial expired August 30, 2025.
Your billing cycle is monthly.
You subscribe one school on September 15, 2025.
Your school is approved on September 16, 2025.
Your first invoice — the platform fee of $20/month — is generated on September 16, 2025. You now have 30 days to pay.
Platform fees recur monthly. Your next invoice for $20 will be issued on October 16, 2025.
You’ll pay the school plan fee when your school launches. For example, if your school launches on December 1, 2025, that’s when the school plan invoice is generated. The next school plan invoice will be due January 1, 2026.
The platform fee is a base fee. The school plan fee applies only to launched schools that are actively using the network.
Example 2: Annual Subscription

You’ll pay the annual school plan fee when your school launches. For example, if your school launches on January 20, 2026, that’s when that invoice is generated. The next school plan fee will be due January 20, 2027.
