As a School Admin, you can send the user a reset password link. Go to the particular account's management menu, and select Send Password Reset Link. You may use this feature if a user in your school community needs help with resetting their password.
If the user has not activated their account yet you will not see Send Password Reset Link. Instead, you will see a link to Send Invitation Email.
