Click the chat bubble icon on the top right of your screen. The icon includes a number indicator if you have unread messages.
When you click the icon, a panel opens up that shows your recent chats.
Click one of your recent chats or click a New Chat button to start a new chat.
Note: If you don't see this icon, chat has not been enabled for your school. Please contact your school's School Admin, or reach out to Support if you'd like us to verify whether chat is available for your school.
