To create an entry, select a Date from the Calendar and click the pod for that day. (To create a multi-day entry, you can click-and-drag your mouse over multiple days, from start date to end date.)
A modal window opens up where you will add details for the entry.
First, select Audience for visibility. You can set the entry to be visible school-wide or you can set the entry to visible only to specific grades, a classroom or a group.
Next, check that the start date and end date for the entry are correct. If the entry regards one day only, then use the same start and end date.
Turn on the toggle for School Closed if the school is closed for those days.
Add Title and Short description.
Click Save.
The listing will go live immediately on the calendar. If you need to add more details such as start and end time, location, images, documents, discussion feed, photo gallery, RSVP or an online form, turn the Entry to an Event. Click the link on the interface.
