Yes. On the parent account's edit page, go the Language setting. It is a drop-down, located above the Additional User Rights.
Set the parent's language as Spanish before sending the invitation.
When you individually invite this parent, or send a bulk invitation, the parent will receive the invitation in Spanish.
The parent can change their language back to English by going to My Account > Language, if wanted.
