How do I sign up for a conference?

Go to the Conferences Index Page

Click the Conferences link. You will see all the upcoming conferences.

  • On desktop, you can see Conferences link on the left-side menu.

  • On mobile, click the three-line Hamburger menu, and select Conferences.

Select the conference you want to signup. Most likely you will see just one pod, but your school may have listed other future conferences too.

Go to the Conference Page

The conference page includes general information about your school's parent-teacher conference. Under the descriptive text you will see class-specific links for the signup. If you have students in different classes you may see more than one signup pod.

Go to the Class Signup Page

Click the pod to enter the class signup page.

On the class signup page, click the Sign up button next to the time slot you want to reserve.


​In the signup confirmation interface,

  • First select your child's name, in case you have more than one child attending the same class.

  • You can also add a message to the teacher. Leaving a message is optional.

  • Click Save.



​If the school requests a parent to fill out an online form, this form is automatically prompted during the signup as the final step. A form that has not been completed is flagged on the sign up page for attention.
